Bubble bath is the only way I can get my toddler to agree to get in the tub these days. Whatever works right?
So one of these days, I prepared my daughter's bath, extra foamy for cinematographic effect, like we see in the movies and commercials, and started snapping.
Sometimes I had to put my camera down because she wanted to serve whatever pretend food she was making with the foam. It's important to capture the moments, but to be part of the moment is even better.
If only I had someone to take the pictures while I'm playing with Bella...
That's when my husband walked in, I immediately handed him the camera and without knowing what he was even supposed to capture, he got this one:
And I love it! He accidentally captured what I was looking for, a simple, honest moment of motherhood, that goes undocumented most of the time.
We can never say this enough: GET IN THE PICUTRE!!!
My husband is always in the picture, well, that's a given. I for some reason feel embarrassed to ask, can you believe it? Why? Well, I know why, but it's a subject for another post.
Then, of course, it was momma's turn to get a foam hat... My daughter likes to play fair.
Please tell me I'm not the only one! Often times I take my shower so late at night, that I skip washing my hair, just so I can go straight to bed, otherwise I'd have to blow dry my hair and I'm just too tired. I used to sleep with my hair wet, but it's much harder to tame it in morning.
